Access Open Batches Misc Info

Specify Field and Equipment IDs, Contact and Delivery Dates for Fertilizer Batches.

Enter the Field Rep ID or select F12 to search.

Enter the Equipment ID for the equipment used.

Use the Other Equipment field to indicate any other equipment needed.

If required, enter up to 80 alpha-numeric characters to indicate the Target Pest which prints on fertilizer invoices. See Access States to activate this requirement.

As the Contact Name, enter the Delivery Contact persons name. For Customers with Contact information included on the selected Ship To address, the Contact Name and Phone will populate automatically.

Enter the Delivery Contact Phone number.

Enter the Third Party Service Vendor ID or select F12 to search.

A Scale Ticket ID of up to 60 alpha-numeric characters can be entered. When a Custom Weigh ticket is referenced with multiple items on the Items grid, only theItem referenced in the Scale Ticket header is included.

Customer Confirmed displays the date the Customer was confirmed. and Confirmed Byindicates the name of who confirmed the Customer.

Any Confirmation Notes entered will appear.

Intended Production allows a date to be entered using the mm/dd/yy date format or select from the drop down calendar.

Blended displays the date the Batch was blended and Blended By the name of who blended the Batch.

Requested Delivery will indicate the Intended delivery date and can be entered using the mm/dd/yy date format or by using the drop down calendar.

When using the Delivery button, when the final delivery is entered, the Delivered Date and Operator Name populate. Learn more here.

To Deliver or Delivered By can be manually entered the Operator ID of who has or will make the Delivery or select F12 to search.

When using the Delivery button, details on each delivery is listed and outlines

In the Delivery grid, the Vehicle information from applied Scale Tickets will include the Vehicle ID and Vehicle Reference.

Select a specific delivery and click to print Batch Delivery documents include all field documents.

Internal Notes- Allows up to 300 alpha-numeric characters to communicate and track changes to a Batch. This information does not print on any Fertilizer documentation.
